My Path to Coaching
The True Meaning of Life;
"We are visitors on this planet. We are here for ninety or one hundred years at the very most. During that period, we must try to do something good, something useful, with our lives. If you contribute to other people's happiness, you will find the true goal, the true meaning of life."

Coach, Mentor & Facilitator
Founder of Unlocked Potentials & MARCOM expert
In my transformational journey, with its ups and downs, finding my life purpose brought so much clarity to my being and actions. The more I honor it, the more it feels that I’m on the right track and fulfill my soul desire; which is unlocking individuals and organizations' true potential and enabling them for growth.
I am an empowering, creative, and energetic ICF Certified professional Co-Active Coach® as well; Executive and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC™), PCC.
I am, also, a Marketing Communications Expert with over 15 years of experience which I gained through working in different fields of Advertising and Marketing in the MENAT region.
I have a BA in Economics. During my corporate experience, I held senior roles where I led large businesses and teams. I am, also, an expert in brand strategy and communications development, business development and growth, client, team and project management, and more.
Being a bilingual (English & Turkish), intuitive and fierce life, relationship and team coach, I blend my coaching skills and tools with the life and business experience. As a passionate coach, I build rapport, hold accountability, and create safe environments in which I intrude and champion my clients, deepen their knowledge and forward the action through resonant choices that evoke transformation.
One of my favourite coaching metaphors that explains how coaching works is;
"Suppose you're having trouble riding a bike and want help. A therapist says, 'Let's talk about your past experience with the bike.' A consultant says, 'I'm going to ride the bike and become an expert so I can create a model for others to follow.' A coach says, 'Tell me where you want to go and how you want your ride to be.'"
How to Choose a Coach?
A few things you can ask yourself when looking for a Life Coach:
Read through their website and see if you resonate with their words- are they speaking to you?
Have an understanding of their speciality vs. what/who you're looking for.
Call them and see if you can have a chat or free sample session. Try to get the feel for their voice, energy and personality.
Listen and trust your intuition- how do you feel when you listen to them speak?
Don’t be in a rush, do your research and make your decision based on what feels best for you. Check in if you trust your coach and feel comfortable with them.
Then you would know if the coach is right for you...
